Have you noticed how convinced people are that there are other civilisations in the Universe? And that some of them must be far more advanced than ours, with vastly superior understanding of science and much more powerful technology? There is zero scientific evidence for this, and absolutely no indication of such beings in the history of our planet. But their belief is unshakeable.
But if you talk of a Superior Being who created us, for which there is both scientific evidence and massive evidence from our history, they think you’re stupid!
